Treatments & Technology

The most advanced care, delivered close to home

At Urology Alliance, we believe patients deserve access to the most advanced urologic treatments and technologies available anywhere.

From cutting-edge robotic surgery to the latest minimally invasive therapies, our nationally connected network brings together leading physicians who are shaping the future of urologic care. Every treatment we offer is designed around one goal: to restore health, comfort, and confidence with the least disruption to your life.

Minimally Invasive Surgery

Minimally invasive urologic surgery allows our surgeons to perform complex procedures through small incisions, reducing pain, blood loss, and recovery time while achieving excellent results.

da Vinci® Robotic Surgery
Using the latest da Vinci robotic platform, our surgeons perform prostate, kidney, and bladder surgeries with unmatched precision. The robotic system translates every hand movement into micro-movements offering greater control, smaller incisions, and faster recovery.

Laser Procedures
Laser technology enables highly precise treatment for conditions like kidney stones, prostate enlargement, and urethral strictures, often without any incisions at all. Laser surgery can break down stones, vaporize tissue, or clear blockages safely and effectively.

Endoscopic Surgery
Endoscopic procedures use tiny instruments inserted through natural openings (like the urethra) to diagnose or treat urinary conditions with minimal trauma. These procedures are quick, safe, and typically outpatient.

Lithotripsy
For kidney stones, shock-wave lithotripsy (ESWL) uses focused sound waves to break stones into pieces small enough to pass naturally, avoiding surgery altogether.

BPH Treatment Options

Enlarged prostate, or benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), can cause frequent urination, weak flow, or difficulty emptying the bladder. Urology Alliance offers the full range of today’s most advanced, minimally invasive options designed to relieve symptoms while preserving sexual function and reducing downtime.

Aquablation® Therapy
A heat-free, robotically controlled water-jet therapy that removes excess prostate tissue with precision. Aquablation combines surgical accuracy with minimal side effects.

HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate)
A laser procedure that removes obstructive prostate tissue efficiently and safely, ideal for men with larger prostates.

UroLift® System
Tiny implants hold the enlarged prostate tissue away from the urethra, opening the urinary channel without cutting or heating. Usually done in-office with rapid recovery.

iTind® Procedure
A temporary, in-office implant reshapes the prostate and urethra to restore urine flow. After a few days, the device is removed leaving lasting relief.

Optilume® BPH Catheter System
Combines balloon dilation with a specialized coating to relieve obstruction and reduce scar tissue formation in the prostate.

Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE)
A non-surgical procedure performed with interventional radiology, PAE blocks the blood supply to parts of the prostate to reduce its size and improve urinary symptoms.

Advanced Treatments

For patients facing complex or chronic urologic challenges, Urology Alliance offers access to the most advanced restorative and supportive technologies available.

Penile Implants
A discreet, reliable solution for men with erectile dysfunction that does not respond to medication. Implanted devices allow natural-feeling, on-demand rigidity and restore sexual confidence.

Male Slings
Used to treat male urinary incontinence, slings provide gentle support to the urethra, helping restore control after prostate surgery or trauma.

Artificial Urinary Sphincter (AUS)
The gold standard for treating severe male incontinence. An implanted device mimics the body’s natural sphincter, providing control over urination.

Rectal Spacer
A soft, absorbable gel placed between the prostate and rectum before radiation therapy to protect healthy tissue and reduce side effects.

Optilume® (Urethral Stricture)
Combines balloon dilation and drug-coated technology to treat urethral narrowing, improving flow and reducing recurrence.

InterStim® Therapy
A small implanted device that uses gentle electrical impulses to restore normal communication between the bladder and brain, ideal for patients with overactive bladder or urinary retention not controlled by medication.

Innovation meets compassion

Technology alone isn’t enough, it’s how it’s used that matters most. At Urology Alliance, every innovation is guided by expert hands and compassionate hearts, ensuring you receive care that’s not only advanced but deeply personal.
